Executive Director of the Kansas Children's Cabinet
Jim Redmon joined the Kansas Children’s Cabinet and Trust Fund in 2003 as an assistant director before being appointed Executive Director in 2004. Jim has an extensive background in early childhood policy, child abuse/prevention program and policy development, fund development, organizational leadership, evaluation and systems planning. Under his direction, the Kansas Children's Cabinet serves as the program and fiscal agent for Smart Start Kansas, the Children's Initiative Fund, the Community-Based Child Abuse Neglect and Prevention program and the Early Childhood Block Grant. Jim is also responsible for the coordinating and convening the Kansas Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems Plan and the Kansas Strengthening Families Plan. Jim has a Masters Degree in Public Health (Maternal and Child Health) from the University of California, Berkeley and a Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Michigan. Jim is a graduate of the Kansas Health Foundation 2006 Fellows Leadership Institute.
DYOGGA

Program Consultant
Dyogga Adegbore joined the Kansas Children’s Cabinet and Trust Fund in 2004 as executive assistant before being promoted to Program Consultant in 2005. Dyogga provides technical assistance on grants and contracts and assists with financial administration and budget functions. She has worked with agency heads in state government and private industry. Most recently, she worked with the CEOs of the Kansas Board of Regents, Kansas State Fire Marshal, and Kansas State Bank Commissioner offices. Dyogga is a graduate of Washburn University of Topeka and Platt College with extensive experience in office management, human resource management, and accounting. She holds memberships in the American Business Women’s Association (ABWA) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Dyogga resides in Topeka with her husband and son.
